We may collect your name, email address, password credentials, profile settings, household membership, invite details, and support messages.

2.2 Household Content

Household Content may include household names, member roles, shared tasks, grocery lists, garbage schedules, chat messages, activity history, and other home details entered by you or members of your household.

2.3 Usage Data

We may collect device type, operating system, browser details, app version, IP address, timestamps, activity logs, crash diagnostics, performance data, notification tokens, and security events.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use information to:

  • Create and authenticate accounts.
  • Operate households, shared lists, schedules, and invites.
  • Send service notifications and household updates.
  • Provide support, debug failures, and improve reliability.
  • Protect users, prevent abuse, and maintain service security.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product health and feature usage without identifying a specific person or household.

4. Household Sharing

OurHomii is collaborative by design. Household Content can be visible to other members of the same household depending on their role and the feature being used.

Invites may reveal the inviting household, inviter, recipient email or link details, and the membership role needed to join or manage the household.

5. How We Share Personal Data

5.1 Service Providers

We may share information with providers that help us host, secure, analyze, email, notify, monitor, or support the service.

5.2 Legal Compliance and Safety

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect users or the service, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues.

We do not sell Household Content, and OurHomii is not designed for third-party behavioral advertising.

Household Content may remain visible to other household members until removed by an authorized member or handled through support.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your Personal Data.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including authenticated access, encrypted transport, access controls, operational monitoring, and security review. No online service is entirely secure.

11. Children’s Privacy

OurHomii is intended for household organizers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

OurHomii may contain links, integrations, platform services, app-store services, notification services, or authentication providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
